Citizens Advice believes no one should have to face problems without good quality, independent advice. Citizens Advice offers independent and impartial advice about things like employment law, benefits, sick pay, family law and consumer rights. They offer this through online support, phone services and face-to-face support.

ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables children and young people (aged 11-19) to contact their local public health nursing (school nursing) team. It offers advice about all aspects of teen health including lifestyle, relationships, healthy eating, bullying, smoking, alcohol and other substances.

This service is provided by Norfolk Children & Young People’s Health Services for young people aged 11-19. You will get a reply within 24 hours from an NHS School Nurse between 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
